Hello and welcome to my new Health and Medical blog. My name is Chris and I live in Melbourne, Australia. Although I am now near retirement age, I do like to keep active. I have 3 wonderful grandchildren that I like to play soccer and other games with. However, recently I've noticed that I can't quite keep up with them as much as I used to. My wife suggested I go to the doctor but I refused. Eventually, I gave in and booked an appointment. The doctor was great. He carried out some test and suggested I take medication for my blood pressure. He also x-rayed my knees and discovered signs of inflammation. After treatment and medication, I feel like I am 21 again. This blog is here to encourage others to visit the doctor.
